- Provide core gameplay features (levels, themes, achievements, leaderboards).
- Sync progress across devices using Apple iCloud/CloudKit (required).
- Monitor and improve performance, stability, and user experience.
- Respond to support requests and communicate important updates.
Data Storage & Retention
Gameplay data may be stored locally on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud account via CloudKit, which is managed by Apple. We retain support emails for as long as needed to resolve your request and for recordkeeping.
Third‑Party Services
- Apple iCloud / CloudKit. Used for optional cloud saves and syncing. Apple’s privacy policy applies. You can disable iCloud in iOS Settings.
- Apple Game Center. Used for leaderboards and achievements if you sign in. Managed by Apple; you control visibility in iOS Settings.
- TestFlight (Beta Builds). If you join our beta, Apple may collect diagnostics to help us improve pre‑release versions.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use third‑party advertising SDKs in the App.
Children’s Privacy
The App is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age where parental consent is required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove such information.
Your Choices & Controls
- iCloud. Enable iCloud sync in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.
- Analytics/Diagnostics. Control Apple‑collected diagnostics in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
- Access/Deletion Requests. Contact us to request access to or deletion of any data we control (e.g., support emails).
International Transfers
Data stored with Apple services (iCloud/CloudKit, TestFlight, Game Center) may be processed and stored by Apple on servers located in multiple countries. See Apple’s privacy policy for details.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information we control. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use the App at your own risk and keep your device and Apple ID secure.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the version and effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
